गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून शिवसेना आणि भाजपातील वाद शिगेला पोहोचला आहे. मुंबई महानगरपालिकेची निवडणूक तोंडावर आली असतानाच उत्तर मध्य मुंबईच्या भाजप खासदार पूनम महाजन यांना लक्ष्य करण्यात आले आहे. शिवसेनेकडून ‘खासदार हरवल्या आहेत’ अशी बॅनरबाजी करत पूनम महाजन यांची खिल्ली उडविण्यात आली आहे.
शिवसेना खा. संजय राऊत यांनी भाजपा-शिवसेना संदर्भातील एक व्यंगचित्र काढत भाजपावर टीका केली होती. ही टीका भाजपच्या जिव्हारी लागल्याने पूनम महाजन यांनी सेनेला नामर्दांची भाषा केली होती. त्याचाच वचपा काढत युवा सेनेकडून पूनम महाजन यांच्या विरोधात ‘आम्ही निवडून दिलेल्या माननीय खासदार हरवल्या आहेत’ अशा आशयाचे बॅनर लावले आहेत. तसेच त्या बॅनरमध्ये पुनम महाजन यांचा फोटो आहे.
पूनम महाजन निवडून आल्यापासून एकदाही वांद्रे विभागात आल्या नाहीत. कोणतीही विकासकामे केली नाहीत, असा आरोप युवा सेनेकडून करण्यात आला आहे. त्यामुळेच वांद्रे परिसरातील सरकारी वसाहत येथील शिवसेना कार्यालयासमोर बॅनरबाजी करून पूनम महाजन आणि भाजपला आव्हान देण्यात आले आहे. त्यामुळे पूनम महाजन यांच्याकडून शिवसेनेला काय प्रत्युत्तर देण्यात येईल हे पाहणे महत्त्वाचे ठरणार आहे.
